When corresponding with us about a matter that consists of several mails, make sure to include the entire correspondence. We receive large amounts of mails and it is impossible for us to remember what you have written e.g. a week ago.

We will in most cases answer emails within a few hours, once in a while the number of incomming mails will make such fast return answers impossible. Our setup is not made for telephonic or person to person service, which is why all enquiries must be done through e-mail. That is why products cannot be picked up or returned in person. If you need person to person contact, please go to one of our affiliated stores, which only has a limited selection though.
