I have forgotten my password and membership number
You can always request your password and members number.
This is done by typing in your e-mail address on this page: http://www.bikebuster.com/forgot_login.html To use this function you will have to enter the same email address you provided when you became member.



Shopping & delivery

Can I buy all your items in the stores you co-operate with?
You can not be sure that all items in the web shop are available in the physical shops. Normally though, the items we currently advertise online will be available.



Are the prices the same in the shops you co-operate with?
The shops are independent shops with a higher cost level than a web shop and do not necessarily sell all items at the same price, but items that are advertised online right now will usually be availiable at the same price.

Can I get my bonus when I buy goods in one of the shops?
No, bonus can only be achieved through online orders.

I forgot to login with my account number. Can you make sure I get my bonus?
We cannot add bonus manually. It is an indispensable condition that you log on with your member number to obtain bonus. If the order has not yet been sent to us, you can just log on before sending the order. In this way you will save up bonus.

Can I combine two orders, so that I only have to pay for shipping once?
Yes, but this is only possible provided that your order is not already packed. Furthermore, it is necessary that you log in so the system can see that you have a previous order.
When you choose to go through with the new order you will automatically be asked if the order should be made as an additional order. If you confirm, freight charge will not be added the order. You can not add additional orders to additional orders. If you are in doubt whether your order can made as an addition to an existing order you can go to your order overview , where it is mention if additional orders are possible

When do I get my goods?
Most orders are sent within 48 hours. As most of our goods are ordered daily in other European countries, we reserve the right to deliver within 5 working days. Depending in what country you live in delivery times may vary.

Can I come by your warehouse and collect my goods and thereby save the freight charges?
We haven't got staff and organization to hand out goods. Furthermore your goods may be sent from different addresses. The only available delivery method is by mail service or in special instances (large bulk) by a freight company.

How do I know my goods are on the way?
When your goods are sent they are scanned out of our warehouse. You can follow your parcel via the tracking number in the webshop. We send you an email containing this number.

Are the goods always sent by mail?
Practically always. There might however be especially bulky goods that can not be sent by postal service. They will be sent by Danske Fragtmænd ( A freight company). In these cases you will be informed by email.

Can I exchange clothes and shoes if they do not fit?
Yes, you can freely exchange goods that do not fit. Please however be aware that when it comes to sale items or limited stock items, we cannot guarantee to be able to supply the same item in your size. You can then choose to get a refund of your money or exchange for another item.

Why isn't it possible to call you?
Our shop is 100% email based, which is one of the reasons why we can have our very competitive prices. We do not allocate resources to answering phones, but if you have a problem with an order, which can not be solved through email, you can send us a request for a call back customercare@bikebuster.com.



May I deliver my return goods myself, instead of shipping them?
We do not have the option for you to hand over goods in person. Returned goods should be send by mail to our return address: Bikebuster, Skullebjergvej 4, Gevninge, DK-4000 Roskilde, Denmark.
It is very important that you enclose in the parcel a note with your order number as well as a description of what actions you wants to happen.
