All items in Bikebuster OnlineShop is included. As such you can safely buy any of the goods we sell. If you at a later time sees the same item at a lower price somewhere else, then we will refund the difference between Bikebuster Online's price and the competitors. In order for the Price Guarantee to become effective it is required that it is 100 % identical items - meaning exactly the same variant (including color, size OEM/AM) and/or combination. You have to document, that the competitor sells a completely identical item, as the one you bought at Bikebuster, but to a lower price. The price guarantee is solely granted on the price of the item - not on shipping costs and fees. Price guarantee does not apply to competitors outside Scandinavia. Bikebuster's physical shops are NOT included in the price guarantee! It is only an advantage you can use if you shop at Bikebuster Online, where we can maintain a lower cost level that you can benefit from!
2. The competitors price
In order for Bikebuster to be up against real competition it is important for us to constantly get information about our competitors prices. This is why you have to document the competitors prices buy sending us the brochure, newspaper add or other public material you have received. On the documentation you make a note of your Bikebuster members number and order number. The price guarantee can only be achieved when the competitor can deliver the advertised item. Bikebuster reserves the right to check this before making a refund.
3. Refund of difference or the entire amount
Bikebuster Online can choose one of the following possibilities: - to refund the difference between the competitors price and Bikebuster Onlines price - to ask you to return the item against a complete refund of the items price
No matter which of the possibilities Bikebuster Online choose, you will get informed by email within 5 days after Bikebuster Online have received your review.
The amount will be transferred into your bonus account in Bikebuster Online.
You will not get your possibly carriage costs refunded in connection with a possibly returning of the goods.
4. Duration
The price guarantee lasts for 1 month after you made the order at Bikebuster Online.
